Collodion er et klassisk produkt til at kreere kunstige ar (også kendt som Scarring Material). Collodion, som tørrer ekstremt hurtigt, lægges først på huden. Huden presses derefter sammen for at danne en fold. Resultatet vil være en illusion af et ar. Det kunstige ar kan farves med Supracolor. Collodion indeholder ether og udtørrer huden. Efter at være blevet brugt, skal huden behandles med creme der indeholder fedt, og huden skal beskyttes mod at blive stresset.
